PRIVACY POLICY

Woven Womens Network LLC  |  Last updated: October 21, 2026

Woven Womens Network LLC (“Woven,” “we,” “us”) runs a programmatic advertising network. We help websites, apps, connected TV (CTV) channels and other digital properties (“Partner Properties”) sell advertising space to advertising platforms and buyers (“Demand Partners”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information through that network (our “Ad Services”) and through our website, wovenwomensnetwork.com (the “Site”).

Most people whose information we handle never deal with us directly. When you visit a Partner Property, that property, or a company working for it, may send us information about your device so that an ad can be shown. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number to provide the Ad Services.

Your Privacy Choices

You can limit how information about your device is used for advertising:

•     Device settings. Turn off ad personalization or reset your advertising ID in your phone, tablet or TV settings, such as tracking settings on iOS, “Delete advertising ID” on Android, and “Limit ad tracking” or interest-based ad settings on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung, LG and other TV platforms.

•     Privacy signals. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and the consent and opt-out signals that Partner Properties pass to us, such as IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP) strings.

•     Industry tools. The Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info and the AppChoices app) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) let you opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.

•     Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Email privacy@wovenwomensnetwork.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share” and your device’s advertising ID. We will stop including that ID in the ad requests we send to Demand Partners.

1. Information We Collect Through the Ad Services

When a Partner Property has ad space to sell, it or its technology provider sends us an ad request. Ad requests may include:

•     Device and browser information: IP address, user agent, device type, make and model, operating system, language and connection type.

•     Identifiers: mobile and CTV advertising IDs (such as Apple’s IDFA, Google’s Android advertising ID, Roku’s RIDA, Amazon’s AFAI and Samsung’s TIFA), cookie IDs and other pseudonymous IDs assigned by Partner Properties or their partners.

•     Approximate location: country, region, city or postal code, which may be derived from the IP address.

•     Context: the website, app, channel or page where the ad would appear, content information such as genre or category, and the size, format and position of the ad space.

•     Privacy signals: consent and opt-out strings and flags, such as GPP, IAB TCF and U.S. Privacy strings, GPC, limit-ad-tracking flags and child-directed (COPPA) flags.

•     Ad activity: bids and prices, and whether an ad was delivered, viewed or clicked.

We do not seek to receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, government identifiers, financial account information or precise geolocation. Our agreements prohibit Partner Properties from sending us consumer health data or other health information, and personal information of children under 13 except as the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) permits.

2. How We Use Information From the Ad Services

We use this information to:

•     receive ad requests, run auctions and pass bid requests to Demand Partners;

•     deliver ads and count impressions, views and clicks;

•     measure and report results to Partner Properties and Demand Partners, and to bill and pay them;

•     limit how often an ad is shown;

•     detect, prevent and investigate invalid traffic, fraud and security incidents;

•     maintain and improve the Ad Services, including through aggregated or de-identified data; and

•     comply with law and enforce our agreements.

We do not build our own profiles of people’s interests.

3. How We Share Information From the Ad Services

•     Demand Partners. We pass ad request information to supply-side platforms, ad exchanges, demand-side platforms, ad networks and advertisers so they can decide whether to bid, deliver ads, measure results and detect fraud. They may use it, under their own privacy policies, for advertising, including interest-based advertising. Under some U.S. state laws, this is a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

•     Service providers. Companies that run our auction and ad-serving technology, host our systems, verify traffic, detect fraud and support our business, under contracts that limit how they use the information.

•     Partner Properties. Reports about the ads delivered on their properties.

•     Legal and safety. When needed to comply with law or legal process, protect rights and safety, or investigate fraud.

•     Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business.

4. Our Website

When you visit the Site or contact us, we collect the information you give us (such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message) and information collected automatically through our website host’s cookies and analytics (such as IP address, browser, pages viewed and referring site). We use it to respond to you, manage business relationships, and operate, secure and understand use of the Site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site; you can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We share Site information with service providers that host the Site and support our business, and as described under “Legal and safety” and “Business transfers” above. We do not sell Site visitor information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Site does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Partner Properties, Demand Partners and our technology providers may use cookies, pixels, software development kits (SDKs), local storage and device advertising IDs to recognize a browser or device, deliver and measure ads, and detect fraud. You can control these through your browser and device settings and the tools under “Your Privacy Choices.”

6. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have the right to:

•     know what personal information we hold about you and how we use and disclose it, and get a copy of it;

•     correct inaccurate personal information;

•     delete your personal information;

•     opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising;

•     appeal our decision on your request; and

•     exercise these rights without discrimination.

How to make a request. Email privacy@wovenwomensnetwork.com to opt out of sale or sharing, see “Your Privacy Choices.” Because the Ad Services use device and browser identifiers rather than names, we can find information only if you give us the advertising ID, cookie ID or IP address it is linked to. We may ask for information to verify a request, and we will use it only for that purpose. You may use an authorized agent, who must show us your signed permission. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the word “Appeal.”

7. Children

The Ad Services and the Site are not directed to children under 13. Partner Properties must flag ad requests from child-directed properties. When a request is flagged, we pass the flag to Demand Partners and do not use personal information from that request for interest-based advertising.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure.

9. Users Outside the United States

For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Woven is a controller of the personal information it receives through the Ad Services. We rely on the consent that Partner Properties collect through the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework and, where the law allows, on our legitimate interests in preventing fraud, securing the Ad Services and measuring ads. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal information, to data portability and to withdraw consent, and you may complain to your data protection authority. We transfer personal information to the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
